About ALVARA

ALVARA is a nature-based vitality science company. We work upstream, at the nervous system level, because coherence there carries vitality everywhere else.

Our flagship product, MycoNectar™, is a raw honey formulation of 24 synergistic adaptogens, functional mushrooms, and rare minerals, crafted to nourish the body's foundational systems rather than chase individual symptoms. We bridge over 30 years of ancestral medicine expertise with scientific rigor to create formulations that support sustained energy, cognitive clarity, nervous system resilience, and overall vitality.

The name

ALVARA comes from alveus, the hive, and ara, the sacred altar. The hive is how we organize and how we think: clear roles, shared vision, symbiosis, collective intelligence. It is also why you will hear us say welcome to the hive, and mean it.

Stewards of the Hive and the Veteran Recovery Program.

Collaborating with Indigenous organizations and pollinator stewards, and serving veterans alongside partners like Red Earth Movement and Guardian Grange, with the program led by the Indigenous partners who carry the wisdom for that work.
Stewarding land.

Stewardship Sites on land partners already hold: hives, pollinator habitat, herbs, gatherings, homesteading and permaculture. Places where people can heal, connect and grow. The ALVARA Sanctuary is the future home we are building toward.
Nature immersions.

Our own Nectar Collective hikes, gatherings and summits, and retreats with our partner Mountains and Marathons that reconnect people with nature and spirit.
