Shipping Policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: 5 to 8 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2 to 3 business days

Subscriber shipping

All subscribers receive free standard shipping on every monthly order. Subscription orders ship automatically on your billing cycle date. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking for each shipment.

Free shipping on 3 or more jars

One-time orders of three or more jars (orders of $324 or more) qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

Shipping carriers

We ship via USPS from San Diego, California. All shipments include tracking and up to $100 in included insurance coverage.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or stolen packages

ALVARA is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours and your local carrier first, then contact us. We will do our best to help resolve the situation.

Address changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed for shipment.
