How many jars are in a case?
One case is twelve 12 oz jars of MycoNectar™. Cases are not broken into individual jars for wholesale orders.
What is the minimum order?
One case. There is no dollar-value minimum and no quarterly commitment, so you can start with a single case and scale as your shelf turns.
How does volume pricing work?
Pricing is tiered by the number of cases on each individual order, and the applicable tier price applies to every case in that order. Tiers are not cumulative across orders, so each order is priced on its own. Current tiers: 1 to 4 cases $900/case ($75/jar), 5 to 9 $840 ($70), 10 to 24 $780 ($65), 25 to 49 $744 ($62), 50 to 99 $696 ($58), 100+ $660 ($55). MSRP is $108 per jar.
When do I pay, and what payment methods do you accept?
Payment in full is due at checkout. We do not offer net terms or deposits for wholesale accounts at this stage. Standard card payment methods are accepted through Shopify checkout.
How is freight calculated?
Freight is calculated at the time of order based on destination, weight, and case count, and it is shown to you before you pay. Larger orders may ship by freight carrier rather than parcel.
When does my order ship?
Orders release to our fulfillment partner once payment clears. You receive tracking by email automatically as soon as the shipment is created.
Do I need a resale certificate?
We ask for your EIN or tax ID on the application, and a resale certificate where your state requires one for tax-exempt purchasing. You can apply while your certificate is in process.
Is there a MAP policy?
Yes. Approved wholesale partners agree to honor ALVARA's Minimum Advertised Price policy and to keep MycoNectar off unauthorized marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace without written approval. Both acknowledgements are part of the application and the wholesale agreement.
Can I sell MycoNectar online?
Through your own website or practice storefront, yes, within the MAP policy. Third-party marketplaces require written approval so that pricing and presentation stay consistent everywhere the brand appears.
How long does approval take?
We review every application for alignment and typically respond within 3 to 5 business days. If we need more information, we will reach out rather than decline.
Do you provide materials for my staff and patients?
Yes. Approved accounts receive clinical support materials and dosing protocols. Staff training, in-practice tastings, and co-marketing are available on request, and you can flag interest on the application.
What if a shipment arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and photos. Glass is packed for transit, but if something arrives damaged we resolve it through the returns and damages terms in your wholesale agreement.
Can I order for multiple locations?
Yes. Note the number of locations on your application and flag multi-location interest, and we will structure your account accordingly.
