5.3. Sales will only qualify for commission if properly tracked through Affiliate's approved affiliate link or discount code, as reflected in ALVARA's affiliate platform or internal records.
5.4. ALVARA is not responsible for commissions that cannot be tracked due to incorrect links, incorrect codes, browser settings, customer error, platform limitations, expired cookies, attribution conflicts, fraud prevention tools, or technical issues outside ALVARA's reasonable control.

ALVARA's attribution determination is final and binding, subject to Affiliate's right to dispute under Section 39.
7. Commission Structure
Affiliate may earn commission on qualifying net sales generated through Affiliate's approved affiliate link or discount code.

7.2. Affiliates may qualify for higher commission rates through ALVARA's performance-based commission accelerator, as described below.
7.3. Commission Accelerator
| Monthly Referred Net Sales | Commission Rate |
|---|---|

7.4. Commission rates are based on Affiliate's eligible referred net sales volume during the applicable monthly commission period. Unless otherwise stated in writing, commission tiers reset each calendar month.
7.5. Commission accelerator rates apply only to eligible referred net sales within the applicable commission period and do not permanently change Affiliate's base commission rate.
8. Referral Bonus
Affiliate may be eligible to earn a one-time Referral Bonus for introducing new Affiliates who are approved into the ALVARA Affiliate Program and who generate a qualifying sale.
8.1. The Referral Bonus is a single, flat, one-time payment. It is not a multi-level, downline, or ongoing override commission. Affiliate earns nothing for the act of recruiting an Affiliate by itself, and nothing on any additional Affiliates that a referred Affiliate may later bring into the Program.
8.2. Affiliate will earn a Referral Bonus of $50.00 (USD) for each new Affiliate that Affiliate personally refers, provided that the referred Affiliate:
a. Applies using Affiliate's designated referral link or code; b. Is approved into the Program by ALVARA; and c. Completes their first Qualified Sale to an end customer.
8.3. The Referral Bonus is earned only when the referred Affiliate completes a genuine Qualified Sale to an end customer. No bonus, commission, or other compensation is earned for referring, inviting, enrolling, or recruiting an Affiliate who does not complete a Qualified Sale.
8.4. The Referral Bonus is paid once per referred Affiliate, upon the referred Affiliate's first Qualified Sale. It does not repeat, renew, or recur, and it is subject to the payout terms in Section 11.
8.5. To be eligible for a Referral Bonus, the referring Affiliate must be active, approved, and in good standing with ALVARA at the time the bonus qualifies for payment.
8.6. ALVARA reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or deny a Referral Bonus connected to fraudulent, misleading, self-referred, or non-compliant activity, or where the qualifying sale is later refunded, canceled, charged back, or otherwise disqualified.
8.7. Affiliate shall not represent the Referral Bonus, or the Program, as an employment opportunity, investment opportunity, passive income system, or income guarantee. Participation in the Program does not guarantee any level of income, sales, commissions, bonuses, or business results.
8.8. ALVARA may modify, update, pause, or discontinue the Referral Bonus upon at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Affiliates. Any Referral Bonus already earned before the effective date of a change remains payable under the terms in effect when it qualified, unless later reversed under this Agreement.

11.2. Unless otherwise stated in writing, commissions will be paid within fifteen (15) days after the end of each calendar month, subject to order verification, fraud review, refund windows, platform processing timelines, and minimum payout thresholds.
11.3. ALVARA may establish a minimum payout threshold of $25.00 (twenty-five, USD). If Affiliate's earned commission balance is below the minimum payout threshold, the balance may roll over to the following month until the threshold is met.
11.4. Commissions earned in the final 30 days of a commission period may be held for an additional 30-day refund review period before being released for payment. This hold period accounts for ALVARA's standard return window and chargeback processing timelines.
11.5. Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment information, tax documentation, and any required forms. ALVARA is not responsible for delayed or failed payments caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated Affiliate information.
