All Nectary subscribers receive free standard shipping on every monthly order. Subscription orders ship automatically on your billing cycle date. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking for each shipment.
One-time orders of three or more jars (orders of $324 or more) qualify for free standard shipping — automatically applied at checkout. This is also a great opportunity to stock up and save.
We ship via USPS from San Diego, California. All shipments include tracking and up to $100 in included insurance coverage.
We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not available at this time.
ALVARA is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us. We'll do our best to help resolve the situation.
