We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will issue a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.

Please include your order number and a brief description of your experience. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for an upcoming cycle, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Subscription cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless requested within the 30-day satisfaction window.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept physical returns of opened products. All refunds are processed as credits or direct refunds to the original payment method — no need to ship the product back.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
