Distribution Shipping Schedule
For Distributors, Wholesalers & Corporate Partners
ALVARA operates on a monthly allotment cycle to preserve small-batch quality and ensure every jar meets our production standards. This schedule applies to all wholesale, distribution, and corporate membership orders.
Order Cutoff
20th of Each Month
Orders placed by the 20th are included in that month's allotment.
Ship Date
Last Week of Month
All allotments ship during the final week of each calendar month.
Payment Terms
40% / 60% Split
40% down at order placement, 60% on Bill of Lading.
This schedule is for trade and distribution orders only. Retail and subscription orders ship on a separate consumer schedule.
